Check-in is simple and contactless. Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a unique door code before your arrival date. There’s no need to coordinate with anyone — just arrive, enter your code, and settle in at your convenience.
A refundable security deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully returned within 3–5 business days after checkout, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear. Any deductions will be itemized and communicated promptly.
We offer a moderate cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 5 days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations within 5 days of check-in are non-refundable. We recommend booking travel insurance for added peace of mind, especially during peak season.
Yes, free off-street parking is included with your stay. The designated spot is reserved exclusively for guests for the duration of your booking. No need to worry about meters or street parking restrictions.
We love pets! Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome with prior approval. A small pet fee applies per stay. Please let us know in advance so we can make sure the space is ready for your furry friend. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on furniture.
